What is the minimum order?
$3,500 minimum order
Our minimum opening order is $3,500.
This minimum allows us to efficiently process wholesale orders, coordinate inventory, prepare documentation, and manage fulfillment for business customers.
For products with individual MOQs, the applicable product MOQ must also be satisfied.
Important clarification
The $3,500 minimum order does not replace individual product MOQs.
For example, if a product requires a minimum purchase quantity of 10 units, the order must meet that product's MOQ in addition to meeting the overall order minimum.
First wholesale order
For a customer's first wholesale order, payment is completed by bank transfer.
This initial payment method allows our team to complete the necessary business and payment verification before establishing additional payment methods for the account.
Once the first order has been successfully completed and the account has established a transaction history with Elite E-commerce, eligible customers may be permitted to pay future orders by credit or debit card, subject to account approval.
